ACCOMPLISHMENTS

During my tenure as Senior Art Director at JustFab, I held a multifaceted role that spanned across various domains of creative direction, team management, and strategic oversight. Leading a dynamic team of 10 talented individuals, both domestically and internally, I orchestrated the conception and execution of integrated 360° campaigns, photo shoots, and product launches that propelled the brand into the spotlight. From meticulously curated landing pages to captivating advertisements, I played a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative of both the JustFab and ShoeDazzle brands, ensuring that every element resonated with our audience. Overseeing the creation of design, animations, and a myriad of photo and video assets, I maintained a keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Moreover, I spearheaded all aspects of content strategy and creative direction, from budgeting and hiring production teams to directing content creation and producing compelling video and still assets for advertisements. Through strategic user acquisition content pipelines, I contributed significantly to a staggering 70% company growth, a testament to the efficacy of our collaborative efforts. Whether crafting shot lists, leading photo/video shoots, or serving as a liaison between brands, departments, and production teams, I approached each task with unwavering dedication and a commitment to excellence that defined my tenure at JustFab.
